250g Asparagus

½ lemon

2 Tbsp Truffle oil

Lemon zest

Salt and pepper

Total time: 5 mins

 

 

 

 

1. Rinse Asparagus, pat dry, remove an inch from the bottom of the asparagus stem.

2. Generously brush truffle oil covering the asparagus

3. Grill for 2/3 minutes.

4. Remove from grill and squeeze lemon juice over asparagus and season with salt and pepper
