Curried Goat by THW
2lbs goat meat
1tbsp All spice
4 tbsp Curry powder mild
Sprig of thyme
1 Scotch bonnet
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1tbsp Ginger powder

Preheat oven to 160

Season meat with salt and pepper 1tbsp curry powder, this can be done night before or hours before

Mix curry powder, allspice and ginger powder.

Heat olive oil in cast iron dish, pan or dutch pot, add half the chopped onion and then add mixed curry spices to the pan, stir to make a paste.

Add meat and, brown meat and add sprig of thyme, tomato and onion. Keep stirring for about 2 minutes then add water to just about cover the meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to the boil then cover and place in oven for 3 hours (if using a dutch pot or pot leave on hob for 3 hrs covered, checking atleast halfway through to make sure there is enough water in there. You should be left with a nice thick curry coating meat.
